What if I make a spelling mistake in my order

Double-check the name before placing your order — once engraving is complete we're unable to reverse it. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before it goes to the engraver. Our team prints exactly what comes through including spelling, grammar and capitalisation

Can the Name be removed

No, the laser etch is permanent and will last the life of the product, it wont fade, peel or get wash off. Ever

Can I print an Emoji

Yes, certainly. But only on the stainless steel parts. We are working on getting our silicone laser technology to work well with emoji's but its not as simple as one would think

What are some other printing ideas

We have laser etched kids names, phone numbers, messages of support, the simple this is your lunch, this is your snack. We have even had the odd cheeky 'my lunch, keep your hands off'

How long does engraving take

We engrave every order in-house and dispatch same day or next business day. No delays from outsourcing — it's done on-site before your order leaves us.

Can I preview what the engraving will look like?

When selecting engraving there is a preview of what the laser will look like. Whilst a digital representation, the end result is almost identical.
