Choose your product and colour, select 'Personalise Me' on the product page, enter the name and check the preview. Confirm the spelling before adding the item to your cart. Add engraving before checkout.

Can I order different names?

Yes. Personalise and add each item separately when you need different names. In the cart, choose Same lunchbox, another name to add the next one, or choose a different lunchbox. Check each name and preview before checkout.

Can I add an emoji?

Emoji engraving is available on stainless-steel surfaces. Silicone lids do not support emoji engraving. Check the options available for your product.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Contact us as soon as you notice an error. We may be able to help before engraving begins. Engraving is permanent, so check spelling and capital letters carefully before confirming.

When will my personalised order ship?

Please allow an extra 1–5 days for name engraving before dispatch. Dispatch also depends on stock availability. Check the dispatch information on your selected product and our shipping policy. Your order ships together once all items are ready.
