Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Oli Eve products. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.

Change-of-mind returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

• unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
• in its original packaging; and
• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for personalised or custom-made products, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Sale items may also be excluded from our change-of-mind returns policy.

These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

How to request a return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at snack@olieve.com.au with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.

Once your return has been approved, please send it to:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is due to a faulty or damaged product, an incorrect item, or another error on our part, Oli Eve will cover reasonable return postage costs. Where appropriate, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise has an issue, please contact us as soon as possible at snack@olieve.com.au with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the issue.

We will assess the problem and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Personalised products

Because personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to an error by Oli Eve, or otherwise fails to meet your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, colour or size, please request a return for the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider or payment service may take additional time to process the refund and make the funds available in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union and applicable consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you may cancel or return eligible goods within that period without giving a reason.

Returned goods must generally be unused and in their original condition.

Certain products, including goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised, may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our change-of-mind policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by a store returns policy. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
