We use Australia Post for our shipping requirements within Australia and to New Zealand.

Processing & Personalisation

Shipping and delivery estimates do not include order processing or personalisation time.

If your order includes personalised products, please allow additional time for us to complete your personalisation before your order is dispatched.

During particularly busy periods, including sales, promotions, product launches and peak seasonal periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking information.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order product, the estimated dispatch or availability timeframe shown on the relevant product applies.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your complete order will be held until all items are in stock and have been processed.

We do not ordinarily split shipments. Your complete order will be sent as one shipment once everything is ready.

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, deliveries are generally sent with Authority to Leave where available.

If you require a signature on delivery, please make a note in the order comments during checkout.

Australia Post may apply its own delivery procedures depending on the delivery location, property access and the delivery options available for your address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your Australia Post tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping times do not include Oli Eve's order processing, personalisation or pre-order lead times.

Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including Australia Post network delays, severe weather, peak periods and other disruptions.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at snack@olieve.com.au. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.

Pricing

All shipping prices shown above are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds and this policy are subject to change. The shipping price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order will apply to your purchase.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
